    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Under limited supervision, the <strong>IT Project Manager II</strong> leads and ensures the successful delivery and management of moderately complex, single or multiple technical projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages, tracks and coordinates multiple moderately complex projects under limited supervision.</li>\n <li>Identifies and plans project deliverables, milestones, and required activities.</li>\n <li>Reviews project status and modifies schedules or plans as required; prepares and presents project documentation and reports to stakeholders and senior executives.</li>\n <li>Establishes team membership and works with PMO and key stakeholders to establish time commitments and resource allocation.</li>\n <li>Establishes a work plan project activities, iterations or phases.</li>\n <li>Develops strong partnerships with IT/engineering, architecture, business/product managers, and data/analytics leaders to drive strategic and tactical project objectives.</li>\n <li>Identifies key issues and problems; works with key stakeholders to create solutions and design processes or procedures to resolve issues and problems.</li>\n <li>Conducts risk assessment and mitigation for the assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Monitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of the information while providing consistency in content and \"look and feel\" across the enterprise.</li>\n <li>Assigns duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project team based on project meeting discussion; follows up and monitors project action items.</li>\n <li>Implements project communication plan based on identified stakeholders and commitment analysis.</li>\n <li>Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives, on schedule, and within budget.</li>\n <li>Ensures that solutions (both technical and non-technical) are developed, tested, and verified against the approved project scope and requirements.</li>\n <li>Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings; adaptively resolves project issues.</li>\n <li>Follows project management standards and procedures for reporting and documentation. Performs detailed analysis and recommendation in support of projects. Regularly provides project status update for management.</li>\n <li>Benchmarks project management performance continuously to identify improvements and achieve higher capability maturity in project and portfolio management.</li>\n <li>Work within their team and have a direct impact on themselves and their direct processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Organizational Development, Information Technology or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-4 years of experience in managing projects or workstreams.
