This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in retail and/or wholesale sales within the kitchen and bath industry. We are looking for an individual who thrives on building relationships, expanding market reach, and delivering exceptional customer service. </p>\n<p><br>The ideal candidate will be self-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and design skills. They should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The candidate would have a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to generate and manage your own book of business. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities: </span><br>• Identify and engage new clients while nurturing existing relationships <br>• Guide customers through the kitchen and bath design process, providing expert recommendations <br>• Manage projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction <br>• Conduct on-site measurements and collaborate with clients to create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs <br>• Maintain a strong working knowledge of cabinetry products, trends, and industry best practices <br>• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required: </span><br>• 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath sales/design with an established book of business, including contractors, builders and remodelers<br>• Proven ability to generate and manage your own sales pipeline <br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail <br>• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects <br>• Passion for providing exceptional customer service <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span><br>• Familiarity with 2020 Design software <br>• Experience in cabinetry and interior design <br>Compensation &amp; Benefits: <br></p>\n<p>At Carefree Kitchens, Inc., we believe in rewarding success!
