Join our winning team! &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Pay Rate: &nbsp;This is a Piece Rate position starting at $20.50/Hourly* (*$1.50 Shift Premium included)</p><p>Shift Hours: &nbsp;10:30pm-7:00am/Sunday-Thursday</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you’ll be doing:</p><ul><li>Inspect embroidered products (e.g., shirts, sweatshirts, coats, sweatpants, shorts, etc.) and prepares them for shipping or storage</li><li>Use work order to determine proper design placement on the garment.</li><li>Review work orders</li><li>Remove embroidery design backings</li><li>Fold and stack package products</li><li>Sort finished products according to colors and sizes</li><li>Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags to products when necessary.</li><li>Complete production tracking paperwork and verifies that it is accurate</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you bring to the table:</p><ul><li>Ability to maintain accurate counts utilizing basic math skills.</li><li>Skills in troubleshooting and solving problems. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend a work order. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to process work orders accurately, efficiently, and safely with minimal errors. &nbsp;</li><li>Detail oriented to ensure high-quality embroidery design standards are met.</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and grip throughout work shift</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 3-4 feet high in order to move and stack boxes and totes full of products.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of related embroidery equipment including their uses, adjustments, and maintenance.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We Offer:</p><ul><li>Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups&nbsp;</li><li>112 Hours of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)</li><li>Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
