    "description": "<p>The Regional Safety Coordinator supports the implementation of safety policies, procedures, and best practices across job sites and operations within an assigned region. font-weight: bold\">Safety Support and Compliance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Safety Manager in executing the company’s safety programs consistently across the region.</li>\n<li>Act with Integrity by adhering to safety policies, promoting ethical decision-making, and supporting regulatory compliance.</li>\n<li>Track and report on departmental KPIs, assisting the Regional Safety Manager in maintaining team accountability.</li>\n<li>Assist with field-level coordination of safety activities, ensuring consistent program execution across job sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Program Coordination:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable compliance.</li>\n<li>Support risk assessment processes, including JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses), incident investigation protocols, and safety audits.</li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate safety performance.</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing and submitting required regulatory reports, permits, and documentation.</li>\n<li>Coordinate the company OQ program, assist with training facilitation and tracking of OQ qualifications.</li>\n<li>Support initiatives to improve safety culture, employee engagement, and accountability at all levels.</li>\n<li>Assist with ensuring compliance with environmental regulations including spill prevention, reporting, and site environmental controls.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Incident Response and Investigation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support investigations of incidents, near misses, and safety complaints under the direction of the Regional Safety Manager.</li>\n<li>Assist with developing and implementing corrective action plans in partnership with leadership.</li>\n<li>Participate in investigations with Integrity and objectivity, contributing to accurate root cause analysis.</li>\n<li>Assist the Regional Safety Manager in interfacing with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory agencies during inspections, audits, and inquiries.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Training and Development:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and deliver company safety training programs.</li>\n<li>Foster Teamwork by building strong partnerships with field and operational leaders to support effective training delivery.</li>\n<li>Assist with the rollout of new safety policies, technologies, and compliance initiatives.</li>\n<li>Coach field personnel on safety expectations and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Field Engagement:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct field visits and site inspections to assess compliance and coach crews.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate Teamwork through active field presence and collaboration with crews, managers, and superintendents.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with managers and superintendents to integrate safety planning into job execution.</li>\n<li>Assist with the development of site-specific safety plans and hazard mitigation strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualification Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–4 years of HS&amp;E experience in construction or related high-hazard environments (e.g., trenching, confined space, heavy equipment, pipeline, or industrial work).</li>\n<li>Experience supporting or coordinating compliance programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Certifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30 required.</li>\n<li>OSHA 500 preferred.</li>\n<li>CHST, CHSO or similar safety certifications a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Licensing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Construction HS&amp;E Knowledge:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of construction HS&amp;E (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Communication Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop clear and engaging safety content.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Analytical &amp; Decision-Making Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to interpret safety data and support data-driven decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Project Management &amp; Organizational Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp;
