    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Assessment Coordinator and Assistant Professor, Education, beginning no later than August 2026</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span> The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality assurance system and program reporting at the state and national level for CAEP programs and teaching in a variety of capacities and modalities delivering quality instruction in Education courses for the Elementary, Early Childhood, Special Education and/or professional education undergraduate programs and at the graduate level. This full-time position is a combination of release time and teaching load. Other responsibilities include data collection, accreditation and program reporting, advising, serving the university and community and maintaining an active research agenda. East Central University is an equal opportunity employer.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span> Candidates should have an earned doctorate in Education, or a related field from a CAEP/NCATE accredited institution and a minimum of three years of US PK-12 public school teaching experience.
