Develops and manages the Medical Countermeasures (MCM) plan to ensure the Memphis Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) can deliver countermeasures to the entire CDC-defined population within 48 hours during public health emergencies.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0px 24px 0px 0px;
