It’s an opportunity to build high-performing faculty teams, strengthen industry partnerships, and directly impact student completion, licensure, and placement outcomes.</p>\n<p>All Concorde associates are expected to uphold our Mission and Core Values: Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Results Driven, and Accountability.</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits You’ll Love</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package designed to support you and your family – including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary based on education and experience</li>\n <li>Paid Training and professional development</li>\n <li>Tuition Waiver after 6 months for you and eligible family members</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off and holiday benefits</li>\n <li>Retirement Matching program</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Pet Insurance options</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Academic & Program Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide supervisory, strategic and operational leadership for all program faculty and staff</li>\n <li>Ensure academic quality, instructional effectiveness, and student satisfaction</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with all institutional and programmatic accreditation standards</li>\n <li>Oversee advisory committee meetings, annual reports, self-studies, and site visits</li>\n <li>Monitor and drive completion, licensure, and placement outcomes</li>\n <li>Review curriculum and implement continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Teach courses as needed (per accreditor guidelines)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Faculty Leadership & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, train, supervise, and develop program faculty</li>\n <li>Conduct formal classroom observations and provide performance feedback</li>\n <li>Ensure faculty professional development and CEU compliance</li>\n <li>Maintain complete and compliant faculty files</li>\n <li>Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture</li>\n <li>Recognize and reward faculty contributions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Student Engagement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advise, mentor, and support students throughout their academic journey</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with orientation, SAP processes, and graduation</li>\n <li>Promote a respectful, engaging learning environment</li>\n <li>Participate in campus and community events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational & Compliance Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure department safety meets regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Manage scheduling for courses, faculty, and students</li>\n <li>Participate in budgeting and procurement processes</li>\n <li>Conduct and document regular department meetings</li>\n <li>Ensure surveys and required reporting are completed timely</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are – Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (in any field)</li>\n <li>AND minimum of Associate Degree in Medical Sonography</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Credentials</strong></p>\n<p>Must hold registration in at least one specialty aligned with primary teaching responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with specialty certifications in both Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Abdominal (AB)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE) Specialty</li>\n <li>Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)</li>\n <li>Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)</li>\n <li>Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum four (4) years full-time professional experience as a general sonographer or vascular technologist</li>\n <li>Coursework in instructional methodologies, evaluation, and assessment</li>\n <li>Proficiency in curriculum development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior teaching experience</li>\n <li>Leadership or supervisory experience</li>\n <li>Experience with accreditation processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment</li>\n <li>Sound judgment and decision-making ability</li>\n <li>Confidentiality and professionalism</li>\n <li>Relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders</li>\n</ul>",
