          "text": "<p>We are seeking a Logistics Engineer to support and continuously improve material flow across our manufacturing facility, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping operations. This role plays a key part in driving Lean production principles, Continuous Improvement (CIP), and cross-functional collaboration.</p><p>Success in this role requires not only strong analytical and process-design skills, but also the ability to coach, influence, and lead teams through improvement projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Logistics &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Design, analyze, and optimize material flow from receiving through production, warehousing, and shipping</li><li>Improve inventory management, storage layouts, and internal logistics systems to support production efficiency</li><li>Support capacity planning, line-side logistics, and space utilization initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and purchasing to ensure smooth operations and maintain PFEP files.</li><li>Develop and maintain physical logistics PFMEA’s</li></ul><p><strong>Lean &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support CIP initiatives using Lean principles (e.g. value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, Kanban, pull systems)</li><li>Identify waste, bottlenecks, and variability within logistics and production support processes</li><li>Develop, implement, and sustain standardized processes and visual management tools</li><li>Track and report KPIs related to logistics performance and improvement activities</li></ul><p><strong>People &amp; Project Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Coach and guide operators, team leads, and supervisors through improvement projects</li><li>Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions</li><li>Act as a change agent, helping teams adopt new ways of working</li><li>Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through implementation</li></ul>",
