Under the supervision and direction of campus leadership, the Classroom Teacher will teach and implement Arizona Autism Charter School’s (AZACS) adopted curriculum and students’ IEP goals within the AZACS structured classroom model.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Candidates must be experienced with classroom teaching and ABA teaching strategies and have significant experience conducting these activities within school settings. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to be trained, coached, and be able to motivate behavioral staff in the classroom. The Classroom Teacher will work hand-in-hand with the SPED Campus Leadership and the ABA Manager, implementing a best-practice education model to achieve optimal results for students on the autism spectrum and related disorders.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 1 year of experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities in a classroom environment is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Enrollment in the AZACS Teaching Certification program or a college/university certification program is required after obtaining a bachelor's degree</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mastery and enthusiasm for best practices in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track record of success in behavior management with students with autism or other special needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
