Daily tasks may include material handling, shipping, receiving, working with hand tools, processing raw materials including working with thermoplastics. May require data entry, and paperwork entry. Other tasks could include assembly of fans and other components or systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Maintain and organized work area, practice 5 S principles.</p>\n<p>• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment and assembly to meet production targets.</p>\n<p>• Participating in production and productivity meetings.</p>\n<p>• Set up tools and machines for specific production runs and assembly.</p>\n<p>• Inspect components and finished product for quality, recording measurement, and pass/fail criteria.</p>\n<p>• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.</p>\n<p>• Document production data, scrap, downtime, and process deviations.</p>\n<p>• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.</p>\n<p>• Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>• High school diploma or equivalent.</p>\n<p>• Preferred experience in manufacturing or production, or assembly.</p>\n<p>• Basic mechanical skills: working with hand tools, measurement devices, etc.</p>\n<p>• Familiar with safety protocols, and PPE.</p>\n<p><strong>ADA Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, moving equipment and other standard industrial conditions, and is required to wear to personal protective equipment (PPE).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Physical Demands: Positions in this function typically require standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.</p>\n<p>• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention.
