As an OSUP employee, you will be eligible for these various benefits depending on your employment status.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Under the direction of the Supervisor, leads the day to day activities and assignments of assigned scheduling staff and/or other related staff members.</li>\n <li>Advises and assists staff on problem solving patient/customer issues.</li>\n <li>Assists Supervisor with scheduling employee time off and daily work assignments</li>\n <li>Addresses physician complaints or issues associated with operations of the scheduling issues.</li>\n <li>Provides statistical reporting of daily call volume, pre-reg, scheduling errors, work queue</li>\n <li>Works with manager to develop flow processes leading to decreased errors and increased efficiencies</li>\n <li>Provides technical and discretionary advice to physicians and staff.</li>\n <li>Trains and cross trains new staff in all aspects regarding the Scheduling departments.</li>\n <li>Provides in-service training staff on issues related to scheduling patient appointments and physician’s schedule changes.</li>\n <li>Recommends progressive disciplinary measures including termination or probationary removals to appropriate supervisor.</li>\n <li>Actively participates as a Super User</li>\n <li>Travel may be required.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or Associates degree in a related area with three to five years of related experience in office management, patient services and scheduling, or supervisory experience in a call center environment. </li>\n <li>Experience with computerized systems, such as scheduling, billing, registration, etc. </li>\n <li>Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions. </li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills coupled with enthusiasm and compassion along with the ability to multitask working in a fast paced environment. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li>\n <li>High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, team members, and others throughout the clinics. </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain annual training required for EPIC certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $20.63 - USD $30.94 /Yr.",
