    "description": "<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span><br>As part of Toters Fresh’s commitment to smart pricing and healthy margins, the Pricing &amp; Margin Analyst will support the commercial team by monitoring product margins, analyzing market prices, and helping ensure our pricing remains competitive and profitable. This role will act as a bridge between category managers and market intelligence, providing regular insights and reports to support pricing decisions.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and track product margins by category on a monthly basis</li>\n<li>Identify margin slippage or unusual trends and flag them to category managers</li>\n<li>Collect competitor pricing from the market (online and offline) regularly</li>\n<li>Provide price comparison reports and benchmarks to category managers</li>\n<li>Support in maintaining pricing competitiveness while protecting margins</li>\n<li>Generate and share pricing and margin performance dashboards and reports as needed</li>\n<li>Coordinate with category managers to ensure price updates align with market changes</li>\n<li>Propose corrective actions in collaboration with commercial and finance teams</li>\n</ul>\n<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or retail operations</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and understanding of retail margins</li>\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and finance teams</li>\n<li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li>\n</ul>",
