We are seeking an experienced and passionate <strong>Psychologist Supervisor</strong> to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in beautiful Monterey, California.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, adolescents, and families while mentoring the next generation of clinicians. If you thrive in collaborative environments, value evidence-based care, and are passionate about supporting youth mental health, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Psychologist Supervisor, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct intake evaluations and provide individual, family, and group therapy</li>\n <li>Support children, adolescents, and families through evidence-based treatment approaches</li>\n <li>Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists, social workers, and post-doctoral candidates</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes</li>\n <li>Deliver behavioral health education to families, community partners, and professionals</li>\n <li>Help foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, safety, and compassionate care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Clinical Experience</h2>\n<p>We’re especially interested in candidates with training or experience in:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)</li>\n <li>Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)</li>\n <li>Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)</li>\n <li>Substance Use Disorder treatment modalities</li>\n <li>Parent Management Training approaches, such as PCIT</li>\n <li>Psychological and neuropsychological evaluations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ZR</p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD)</li>\n <li>Licensed Psychologist in the State of California</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Certifications Required</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification</li>\n <li>AVADE certification within 6 months of hire</li>\n <li>Completion of Monterey County 5150 certification training</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ohana and Montage Health are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply today and help create brighter futures for children and families in our community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
