Our services are supported by a 24/7 Managed Services Operations Centre and backed by industry-leading security accreditations.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking an experienced Azure &amp; M365 Consultant to join our growing Microsoft Practice.</p>\n<p>This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with customers, designing and implementing secure, scalable Microsoft Cloud solutions, and guiding organisations through their cloud journey. You’ll work across a diverse customer portfolio, delivering modern workplace and Azure infrastructure solutions while continuing to develop your skills across the Microsoft ecosystem.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engaging directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate these into technical solutions</li>\n<li>Designing high‑ and low‑level Azure and Microsoft 365 architectures</li>\n<li>Delivering Azure and M365 implementations, migrations, and optimisations</li>\n<li>Supporting identity, security, and compliance solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender and Purview</li>\n<li>Running customer workshops, supporting handover, and driving user adoption</li>\n<li>Collaborating with other consultants and contributing to the wider Microsoft Practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven delivery experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS focused)</li>\n<li>Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of identity, security, and access management (Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)</li>\n<li>Experience delivering customer-facing projects</li>\n<li>Must hold SC clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain it</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</li>\n<li>Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager</li>\n<li>Microsoft Purview and Defender</li>\n<li>PowerShell or automation experience</li>\n<li>Microsoft certifications (or willingness to gain)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll be part of a collaborative Microsoft Practice that promotes a strong learning culture, provides certification and development support, and offers the chance to work across modern Azure, security, and M365 technologies while continually developing and progressing your skill set.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
