Consistently recognized for its strong financial stewardship, accountability, and transparency, Pratham USA holds a Four Star rating from Charity Navigator, placing it among the highest rated nonprofit organizations in the nation.\n\n The Role \n\nPratham USA is seeking a relationship driven Regional Development Manager to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts across Texas. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Fundraising, this role will be responsible for growing philanthropic support through donor cultivation, volunteer engagement, chapter partnership, and community outreach.\n\nThe Regional Development Manager will manage a portfolio of mid level and major donors, develop personalized engagement strategies, and work closely with chapter leaders, board members, and volunteers to strengthen fundraising efforts throughout the region. This individual will play a key role in donor stewardship, chapter fundraising, event execution, and pipeline development while serving as an ambassador for Pratham's mission and impact.\n\nThe ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and collaborative fundraiser who enjoys building relationships, engaging volunteers, and connecting donors to meaningful opportunities that advance educational outcomes for children and youth.\n\n Impact Areas \n\n Donor Relationship Management \n\n Manage and grow a portfolio of mid level and major donors across Texas.\n Develop and implement cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies that strengthen donor engagement and increase giving.\n Conduct donor meetings and maintain ongoing communication to build long term philanthropic relationships.\n Identify and qualify new donor prospects to support future fundraising growth.\n\n Fundraising and Revenue Growth \n\n Support annual fundraising goals through individual giving, donor cultivation, and chapter based fundraising initiatives.\n Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective donors.\n Collaborate with leadership and volunteers to identify opportunities for increased philanthropic investment.\n Track donor activity, fundraising progress, and portfolio performance through Salesforce and other fundraising tools.\n\n Chapter, Volunteer, and Board Engagement \n\n Partner with chapter leaders, board members, and volunteers to strengthen fundraising effectiveness and community engagement.\n Support chapter planning, volunteer recruitment, and board engagement activities.\n Help cultivate a strong culture of philanthropy and volunteer leadership throughout the region.\n Serve as a trusted partner and resource to chapter stakeholders.\n\n Events and Community Engagement \n\n Support the planning and execution of galas, salons, donor cultivation events, and community engagement activities.\n Leverage events to strengthen donor relationships and expand Pratham's network of supporters.\n Represent Pratham USA within the community and at chapter events throughout the region.\n Help create meaningful opportunities for donors and volunteers to engage with Pratham's mission.\n\n Collaboration and Strategic Support \n\n Partner with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, communications, and operations to advance organizational goals.\n Support donor stewardship, retention, and engagement initiatives.\n Utilize donor insights and fundraising data to inform strategy and decision making.\n Contribute to fundraising planning, pipeline development, and regional growth initiatives.\n\n Requirements\n\n Requirements \n\n Bachelor's degree required.\n 5+ years of fundraising, development, relationship management, or nonprofit experience.\n Demonstrated success building and managing donor or stakeholder relationships.\n Experience working with volunteers, boards, committees, or community leaders preferred.\n Strong communication and relationship building skills.\n Ability to travel throughout Texas for donor meetings, events, and chapter activities.\n\n Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities \n\n Strong donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management skills.\n Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.\n Ability to build authentic relationships with donors, volunteers, board members, and community stakeholders.\n Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote, team oriented environment.\n Strategic thinker with strong problem solving abilities and sound judgment.\n Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and donor management systems.\n High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.\n Passion for Pratham's mission and commitment to educational opportunity and social impact.\n\n Benefits\n\n Application Process \n\nPratham has engaged Charity Search Group to manage the recruitment process for this position.
