(&ldquo;Dovenmuehle&rdquo;) is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Description:</strong></p><p>As an Escrow Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the processing of daily tax exception reporting to correct next tax due dates and bucket amounts. You will be responsible for the timely processing of refunds daily; this will require great attention to detail to ensure that funds are deposited to the correct accounts. Provide oversight of service release loans, running reports and providing quality control validation. The processing of escrow projections for escrow addition requests. You will be required to follow departmental, and company related escrow guidelines as well as RESPA regulations and standards.
