We are searching for a passionate and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating smiles.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service patients and families upon arrival and dismissal. </li>\n <li>Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check-in and keeping the office and all records, reports, and other correspondence organized</li>\n <li>Filing and scanning medical documents and office forms as directed</li>\n <li>Verifying all patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information</li>\n <li>Schedule and confirm patient appointments</li>\n <li>Cleaning the front office work area and other maintenance assignments as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Motivated and willing to learn on the job</li>\n <li>Front desk experience in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferred</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well</li>\n <li>Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting</li>\n <li>Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering multiple phone lines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
