About the role: This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for driving consistent growth, expansion, and velocity across a defined set of commercial accounts. The Senior Account Executive operates as the primary owner of both new logo acquisition and installed base expansion, ensuring Veeam is deeply embedded as a platform, not a product. Success in this role requires the ability to balance speed with strategy—running efficient sales cycles while identifying and executing repeatable expansion plays across the account base. This includes tight coordination with Renewals to maximize retention, drive upsell, and fully penetrate existing customers. *PLEASE NOTE: make sure to review the posted compensation range detail. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
