          "text": "<p>In this role, you’ll play a key part in solving real manufacturing challenges, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality products reach our customers.</p><p>This role requires a high level of independence, technical capability, business awareness, and commitment to established engineering processes. You will be the main point of contact across multiple shifts for production support.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You'll Do...</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide hands-on technical support to production personnel by clarifying work instructions, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent defects, and assisting with day-to-day technical and process-related questions.</p></li><li><p>Support Material Review Board (MRB) and Returned Material Authorization (RMA) activities, including technical evaluation and disposition of nonconforming materials.</p></li><li><p>Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods such as 5-Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and data-driven analysis.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate and define technically sound, compliant rework or salvage methods when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to corrective actions, drawing updates, tooling modifications, and process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving process stability.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and work instructions to support investigations, corrective actions, and process updates.</p></li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What You Bring....</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 3 years experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or quality engineering.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field from an ABET-accredited program.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T (ASME Y14.5) and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Experience with structured problem-solving methods and root cause analysis.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, heat treating, testing, inspection, or similar processes preferred.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma concepts, and basic statistical analysis.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing engineering environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with production operators, engineers, and leadership.</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
