You are the go-to person for our clients for their project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to create, manage and update the construction project schedule based on project requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to create, manage, update and control the project budget to ensure profitability.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations for all onsite and offsite construction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Fulfill contractual conditions of performance and ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span>Analyze daily status review of work progress with internal and external job reporting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Strategic Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Soft Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Comfortable with collaboration.</span></li>\n<li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills<br></li>\n<li><span>Receptive to new ideas and methods when they merit consideration.</span></li>\n<li>Self-motivated, resourceful</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.</li>\n<li>Responsible team player</li>\n<li><span>Understanding of all facets of the construction process and ability to plan and see the “big picture”. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications Required:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field and 5+ years large commercial ground up construction project management experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, building products, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards are a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span>Computer proficiency and familiarity with construction management software. Occasionally lift or move materials up to 50 pounds and navigate active construction zones. Sharp vision for reading blueprints, inspecting work quality, and ensuring safety compliance.
