Effectively Manage workload &amp; balances turn around during surge in enquiries<br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Coaches’ young engineers on various pricing strategies &amp; tool required for quote creation</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Develop young engineers on technical and communication skills</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Ensures correct pricing strategies applied by team members and all records all RCA situations</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Determine correct market pricing and update adders related to Sliding Stem products below NPS12 and Rotary products below NPS24</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Review requests and managing workload for the team &amp; maintaining the agreed turnaround time for enquiries</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Act as Gate keeper for all pricing enquiries and checks the correctness of quote before being sent to sales team.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Understand Fisher global supplier’s capabilities and limitations to evaluate the possibility of manufacturing the requested special part and work with PE for estimations on Engr and Drafting LT</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Understand list price positioning and market price for creating list adders</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Analyze the pricing process and be responsible for continuous improvement of service level to enhance team PDSL</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Establish dynamic relationships with Fisher sales team, especially with GIS in North America and act as prime contract for the FCEC TEAM</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Monitor PDSL &amp; performance of the Team and Generate Monthly Report for FCEC Management&nbsp;</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Experience level required is 7+ yrs</span></span></p></li>\n</ol>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span>You quickly and significantly act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations.
