      "value": "<ul><li><strong>Engineering degree </strong>in mechanical, aerospace, materials, or a related structural field (BSc minimum; MSc or PhD preferred).</li><li><strong>At least 2 years of professional experience in structural design</strong> or analysis.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>composite </strong>and <strong>metallic materials</strong> and their structural behaviour.</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience</strong> with structural analysis, modelling, and interpretation of results – Hyperworks proficiency is a strong plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>design-for-manufacturing</strong> and the ability to bridge design intent with production reality.</li><li><strong>Proven problem-solving</strong> and <strong>design optimisation</strong> skills, including working with incomplete information.</li><li><strong>Confident communicator</strong> across functions – able to challenge and align in equal measure.</li><li><strong>Previous responsibility for a design </strong>that went into production.</li><li><strong>English</strong> fluency for day-to-day and technical discussions</li></ul><br><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br><ul><li>CAD design proficiency.</li><li>Experience with failure analysis or structural optimisation.</li><li>Background in aerospace, space, motorsport, hydrogen storage, or another high-performance engineering environment.</li><li>German language skills.</li></ul><br>"
