You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, further develop our HR structures, and ensure that both operational and strategic HR topics are implemented efficiently and professionally.</p><p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;text-decoration:none;color:rgb(0,0,0);\">In this role, you will work closely with management, internal stakeholders, and external partners while actively contributing to the continuous development of our company culture and HR processes.</p><p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;text-decoration:none;color:rgb(0,0,0);\">The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;text-decoration:none;color:rgb(0,0,0);\"><li>Providing holistic support and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related topics</li><li>Managing the entire employee lifecycle: From onboarding to offboarding</li><li>Driving, optimizing, and further developing HR processes and HR tools</li><li>Preparing monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider</li><li>Managing the full-cycle recruiting process: From workforce planning and coordination of external partners to conducting final interviews</li><li>Taking ownership of labor law-related topics and ensuring compliance with legal requirements</li><li>Preparing, maintaining, and managing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation</li><li>Supporting workforce planning and personnel planning activities</li><li>Contributing to cross-functional company projects and the further development of HR structures and standards</li><li>Maintaining employee master data and preparing HR reports, analyses, and KPIs</li><li>Handling general HR administrative tasks</li><li>Participating in ASA meetings as the HR representative</li></ul>"
