As an   Account Executive , you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Location: This role is hybrid, based out of Monterrey(Neuvo Leon), Mexico Key Responsibilities Customer Development & Management Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries. Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue. Conduct business reviews and performance reporting. Pricing & Quoting Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services. Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data. Deliver accurate and timely quotes. Account Management Planning and scheduling shipping and delivery appointments Booking and dispatching trucks. Tracking and tracing loads Daily follow up with customers Strategic Contribution Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities. Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives. Administrative & Reporting Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership. Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For Essential Traits & Skills To be considered candidates must have: Enjoys a daily challenge with a very competitive mindset to hit goals. Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally. Experience developing pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes Familiarity with intra-Mexico and cross-border logistics. Ability to work both alone and collaborate with other teams Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills. Have good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Enjoys being part of a team and organization that really wants everyone to succeed in a fun/friendly environment and be rewarded for your efforts Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of logistics sales experience . Language: Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in   English & Spanish fluently .
