          "text": "<p><b>Position: Mechatronics Engineer<br />Location: Detroit, MI<br />Duration: Fulltime<br /></b><br /><b>Mandatory Requirement:</b><br />•    5+ to 10 Years of Industrial experience <br />•    Mechanical and Electrical Component Design<br />•    Concept Designing<br />•    Individual Component Designing (Plus)<br />•    Experiment and Device Development<br />•    R&amp;D Experience <br />•    Mechatronic experience<br /><b><br />Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b><br />•    Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Systems preferred).<br />•    Previous experience with mechatronic systems (i.e. associated with multidisciplinary machinery, laboratory systems, test systems, manufacturing systems, etc.).<br />•    Strong analytical skills enabling colleague to understand, implement customer/user needs and develop design and market requirements. Collect data, draw conclusions, develop and evaluate design solutions and alternatives. Make recommendations to management.<br />•    Evidence of ability to understand and complete work taking a system point-of-view.<br />•    High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical ideas and solutions to a wide variety of audiences.<br />•    Evidence of ability to present information to project teams, management and manufacturing groups. Lead project teams for small to medium complexity projects.<br />•    Proven organization and planning skills and the ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects, meeting budgetary and time goals.<br />•    Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals.<br />•    Proficiency with computer tools including Microsoft Office, systems analysis and data management.<br />•    Proven ability to work in both a team and individual capacity with limited supervision.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br />•    Five (5) years of product and/or systems design experience in engineering or research and development<br />•    Experience with 3D CAD tools and design<br />•    Software development experience<br />•    Lean Six Sigma exposure or experience.<br /></p>",
