    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Program Planning Coordinator &ndash; West Pak Avocado, Inc.</strong></p><p>West Pak Avocado is looking for a dynamic individual to fill our Program Planning Coordinator position.</p><p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The&nbsp;Program Planning Coordinator is responsible for working with several key departments to support high-level planning and ensure customer demands are met. Will closely monitor sales orders to ensure smooth execution on order fulfillment and provide support in managing on-hand inventory, allocating product, and coordinating order shipments based on product availability/readiness. Provide direction to our warehouse teams on order picking/ processing, and channel information to appropriate departments.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Minimizing waste by ensuring proper FIFO rotation through product allocation&nbsp;</li><li>Identifying product age risks/concerns on low-demand SKUs&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in positioning and managing inventory levels in our distribution centers based on customer demands, with enough lead time&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with our warehouse teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in managing inventory levels to avoid overproduction of SKUS that can result in waste and excessive labor costs</li><li>Identify inventory risks, including excess/shortages, on a 0&ndash;10-day window&nbsp;</li><li>Communicating any shortages of product and providing the appropriate departments with solutions to minimize the disruption of sales order fulfillment or financial loss&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in allocating purchased product to planned customers based on direction from Supply Chain/Sales</li><li>Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating production plans to our warehouse teams/production leaders&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in coordinating customer demand changes with Sales and Supply Chain</li><li>Provide direction to our warehouse teams on order picking and processing to ensure smooth order fulfillment teams include: Shipping/Just Ripe/Quality Control/ Production teams</li><li>Coordinate order pick-up/ delivery times with carriers and our logistics team based on product readiness/availability</li><li>Coordinating inbounds and outbounds with carriers and our logistics teams based on the Distribution Center&rsquo;s maximum capacities&nbsp;</li><li>Work with our Quality Control teams to address any issues/ concerns with product specifications prior to order shipment and communicate with our Sales team.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1 year of planning experience preferred</li><li>Famous experience, a plus</li></ul><p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of information&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Critical Thinking&nbsp;</li><li>Proactive problem solvers&nbsp;</li><li>Strong demonstration of taking initiative&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively with all levels of management</li><li>Excellent written and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Strong team player&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in: Word and Excel&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual: Spanish and English a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
