As we continue to build our workforce, we look for people that exemplify our core values, leadership characteristics, and approach to innovation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span><br>The Supply Technician supports the NIWC Atlantic Wall-to-Wall Inventory Accuracy and Assurance Program by performing physical inventory counts, validating inventory records, and supporting supply accountability for Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&amp;S) and Non‑OM&amp;S materials. The position ensures inventory data accuracy and compliance with SECNAVINST 5200.44A and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements using Navy ERP Warehouse Management (WM) and CMPRO systems.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>•    Conduct wall‑to‑wall, cycle, random, and spot inventory counts in warehouses and IPT spaces.<br>•    Perform blind inventory counts using Government-provided count sheets from Navy ERP and CMPRO.<br>•    Verify FIAR data elements including Part Number, NSN, CAGE, Material Number, Description, Storage Bin, Unit of</p>\n<p>      Measure, and Quantity.<br>•    Identify and document discrepancies such as quantity mismatches, incorrect identifiers, or storage locations.<br>•    Support second and third count verification processes for discrepancies.<br>•    Assist with reconciliation of physical inventory results in the Navy ERP Physical Inventory (PI) module.<br>•    Research inventory data in Navy ERP WM and CMPRO to support discrepancy analysis.<br>•    Ensure proper labeling, identification, and return of materials to correct storage locations.<br>•    Operate forklifts or material handling equipment (MHE) when required and authorized.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br>•    High school diploma or equivalent.<br>•    2+ year's experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply operations.<br>•    Experience performing inventory counts or stock verification.<br>•    Ability to work with inventory systems or ERP systems.<br>•    Forklift/MHE certification preferred.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Location</span><br>Charleston, SC<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range: DOE</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>TMPC INC is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
