This exciting ownership positions us for continued impacts and growth in the future.</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Manager, Credit & Collections </strong></p>\n<p>Arcwood is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Manager, Credit & Collections to oversee our Collections department. As the Manager, you will be response for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage credit and collect outstanding debt owed to our organization. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will have a strong background in credit evaluation, collections, excellent communication skills, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to lead a team to achieve departmental goals. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position is hybrid in office 4 days a week in our Benton, AR office.</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Develops and implements effective collections strategies and procedures to maximize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships </li>\n <li>Manages a team of credit and collections agents, providing providing guidance, support, and training as needed</li>\n <li>Monitors and analyzes the performance of the Credit and Collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates</li>\n <li>Reviews and evaluates new and existing accounts, cash application processes, and delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with Company policies and legal requirements </li>\n <li>Communicates with customers regarding their credit worthiness, outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, settlements or other resolutions </li>\n <li>Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collections activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies </li>\n <li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Customer Experience to resolve complex or escalated customer issues </li>\n <li>Stays current on industry trends and best practices in credit and collections, implementing new strategies or technologies as needed to improve efficiency and revenue results </li>\n <li>Prepares regular reports on credit and collections activities, presenting data and insights to leadership as well as end-period reporting as needed </li>\n <li>Develops and maintains relationships with external collection agencies, attorneys, and other service providers as necessary </li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Education </h2>- Bachelor’s degree (required); degree within business administration, finance or related field (preferred)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience in collections (required)</li>\n <li>Previous experience within a supervisory role (preferred)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience and proficiency in utilizing collections software and systems (required) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
