    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Associate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) will be responsible for providing financial planning, reporting, business insight, and analysis to support all functions across the organization. The Associate Director will serve as a business partner who has the ability to work in a corporate planning system, including reporting applications, to support and collaborate with business functions to drive business decisions, growth, and profitability by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and managing the system and data warehouse. The Associate Director will partner closely with the Accounting team on month-end close activities and will be involved with various process improvements projects.</p><p>The Associate Director will report to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities </u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Collaborate with Accounting on the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, pre-paid, etc.</li><li>Review contracts and purchase requisitions to ensure financial compliance</li><li>Assist in preparation of Quarterly Audit Committee and Board of Directors presentations</li><li>Perform balance sheet, P&amp;L, cashflow analysis, including COGS and CAPEX/Fixed Assets analysis, to support operational decision making</li><li>Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial activities</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quarterly forecast, annual budget, and short/long-range plans&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor budget versus actual performance and provide variance analysis and commentary</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth</li><li>As necessary and in collaboration with the Head of FP&amp;A, build and maintain financial models to support commercial strategies and investment decisions</li><li>Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of different strategies on financial outcomes</li><li>Partner with the cross functional teams on various projects and initiatives</li><li>Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to answer specific business questions and support decision making</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for improvements/efficiencies, communicate findings, implement solutions</li></ul><p><strong><u>Competencies </u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to build strong working relationships and effectively work in a matrix organization</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization</li><li>An eagerness to collaborate with colleagues to share insights and ensure timely execution of project plans</li><li>Ability to coordinate and lead processes as well as process improvements involving cross-functional teams across multiple geographies with customer focus and a high level of integrity</li><li>Good business judgement with an ability to constructively challenge assumptions and take an independent stance when appropriate</li><li>Strong leadership skills with ability to operate with minimal direction and to work independently in setting priorities and achieving objectives</li><li>Superior analytical skills and ability to think creatively and strategically</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities with high energy and self-motivation</li><li>Strong business acumen and knowledge of the Company&#39;s markets, products, and industry trends</li><li>Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting (GAAP) and financial principles</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
