    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Clinical Coordinator performs under the supervision of the Program Director with matrix supervision from the Director of Education.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Correlate and coordinate clinical education and evaluate its effectiveness</li>\n <li>Evaluate the progress of student performance in the clinical area</li>\n <li>Assist the Program Director in coordinating clinical education</li>\n <li>Supervise student performance at clinical affiliates</li>\n <li>Develop student objectives and evaluation tools for clinical education</li>\n <li>Perform competency based clinical evaluations</li>\n <li>Maintain student clinical assignments</li>\n <li>Act as resource to radiography students</li>\n <li>Schedule student clinical assignments</li>\n <li>Assist in continuous program assessment</li>\n <li>Assist Clinical staff in maintaining and improving skills relating to student supervision</li>\n <li>Conduct film evaluation with students</li>\n <li>Instruct specific units of teaching as necessary</li>\n <li>Maintain current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and student progress</li>\n <li>Pursue continuing education in professional practice and instructional methodology</li>\n <li>Cooperate with the Program Director in periodic review and revision of clinical course material</li>\n <li>Provide training and education to clinical preceptors</li>\n <li>Travel to affiliate clinical sites (6)</li>\n <li>Duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Education/ Experience</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors degree required</li>\n <li>Graduate of an educational program in Radiology</li>\n <li>Holds American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent</li>\n <li>State certificate as a Radiologic Technologist</li>\n <li>2 years of clinical experience as a radiographer</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Documents the equivalent of two year full-time experience in the professional discipline</li>\n <li>Previous teaching experience preferred</li>\n <li>Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and counseling</li>\n <li>State certificate as a Radiologic Technologist</li>\n <li>2 years of clinical experience as a radiographer</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Maximum Salary</h2>USD $95,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Minimum Salary</h2>USD $76,000.00/Yr.",
