    "description": "<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Summary</span>:  Maintain landscaping around the grounds, clubhouse and other club facilities,</p>\n<p>                                   including parking lots.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maintain CBC and Horizons by sweeping and raking all stairways &amp; paths and blow roads.</li>\n<li>Trash collection at CBC including all public areas, cottages and rooms.</li>\n<li>Cut grass with hand mower, riding mower &amp; weed trimmer at CBC and Horizons. Grounds Manager or Mechanic will assist with setting the height for the cut. </li>\n<li>Assist with the pruning of trees, palms and plants with hand pruners, loppers, handsaw, chainsaw and pole saw, with guidance from Grounds Manager.  </li>\n<li>Use of safety harness to trim plants &amp; trees in all areas as indicated by the Grounds Manager.</li>\n<li>Assist with watering as needed.</li>\n<li>Mow grass on Horizons golf course – areas visible to guest cottages.</li>\n<li>Assist Club Management team with projects and special events, as needed.</li>\n<li>Assist with annual verdict of greens at CBC.</li>\n<li>Bi-annual cut back of trees, palms and plants on South Shore Road at CBC &amp; Horizons.</li>\n<li>Attends all daily and staff meetings.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Skills/Knowledge:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.</li>\n<li>Team player who is reliable, responsible, flexible, punctual and willing to work weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education and/or Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>2-3 years of relevant experience as a landscaper and grounds person in a luxury hotel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Licenses and Special Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Physical Demands and Work Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Occasionally exposed to extreme cold or heat and wet/humid conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.</li>\n<li>Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position. Ability to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling. Occasional exposure to high, precarious places.</li>\n<li>Will need to use some protective equipment, such as a respirator, gloves, earplugs, eye guards/visors, boots and hat.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
