This includes basic tasks such as loading, sweeping, cashiering, etc. when necessary</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provides exemplary leadership on the sales floor with emphasis on customer service.</li>\r\n\t<li>Always projects a positive, enthusiastic view of Elder&rsquo;s.</li>\r\n\t<li>Helps keep the store staff focused on important tasks such as routinely completing the four Duty Lists, promptly putting out freight, completing projects, and working on any store specific tasks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Especially in the Store Manager&rsquo;s absences, sees that customers are well served and that all staff is productive and completing the proper tasks efficiently.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains at least one department at exceptional level as to set standard for other department heads.</li>\r\n\t<li>Opens and/or closes on a regular basis.</li>\r\n\t<li>Stays current on his/her personal development/training plan.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists in training including continuously enforcing the principles of The Six E&rsquo;s and, if assigned, performing the responsibilities of the Training Coordinator.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
