If you’re passionate about managing large, complex projects and shaping the future of manufacturing, we’d love to hear from you!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Build schedules, requirements, resource plans, quality plans, prioritize initiatives, and pro-actively identify and address potential setbacks.</li>\n <li>Work with software engineers to deliver solutions and features in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ensure efficient, effective solution development and sustainable implementation</li>\n <li>Prepare project correspondence and presentations as needed for status reports, stakeholder updates, meetings, etc.</li>\n <li>Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and available for review by all parts of the  organization.</li>\n <li><p>Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.</p></li>\n <li><p>Be able to communicate effectively with the customer by building deep subject matter expertise in </p><p>their business.</p></li>\n <li><p>Author Statements of Work (SOWs) to scope customer requests</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate program status, risks, and issues to executives and project teams.</p></li>\n <li><p>Instill a culture of collaboration and support throughout your projects teams.</p></li>\n <li><p>Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ideate and implement project management frameworks and best practices.</p><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline or Computer Science</li>\n <li>Minimum three years' experience with project management or related experience in delivering Automation/IT type projects</li>\n <li>Possess relevant industry or technology knowledge</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex projects</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, and be self-motivated</li>\n <li>Must have flexibility with working styles</li>\n <li>Ability to make efficient decisions, even with vague information</li>\n <li>Extensive experience with direct customer contact</li>\n <li>Ability to drive administrative and operational deliverables to completion</li>\n <li>Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to interface with all levels of management</li>\n <li>Superior listening and data gathering skills</li>\n <li><p>Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of software design, starting with a systems-level comprehension from the hardware and software systems to frameworks</p></li>\n <li>Software integration experience in a manufacturing or consumer environment</li>\n <li><p>Experience building and managing relationships with customers, vendors, and other external partners in conjunction with business development</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to document high-level, end-to-end project execution strategy for project sales proposal documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to present key project execution plan highlights and differentiators for client proposal review presentations</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $90,000–$140,000, depending on experience</li>\n <li><strong>Performance Bonuses: </strong>Bonus structure designed to reward results</li>\n <li><strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments</li>\n <li><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong> 401(k) with company match</li>\n <li><strong>Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time</li>\n <li><strong>Grow With Us:</strong> Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support</li>\n</ul>",
