This role works closely with the NPI Manager, engineers, and technicians to ensure accurate inventory control, parts availability, BOM execution, and incoming quality inspections in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.<br>This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience in inventory management, kitting, and warehouse or lab-based operations.<br><br><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Manage and track parts inventory across multiple locations and build sites</li><li>Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) per engineering and quality standards</li><li>Prepare and organize build kits based on detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with NPI managers, engineers, and technicians</li><li>Proactively identify and escalate part shortages, delays, or build blockers</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems and spreadsheets</li><li>Ensure parts and materials are available to meet vehicle build timelines</li></ul><br><strong>Required</strong> <strong>Qualifications ( Must Have)</strong><ul><li>Experience in parts, inventory, materials, logistics, or warehouse operations</li><li>Strong attention to detail; highly organized and process-driven</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Comfortable in a hands-on, onsite manufacturing or engineering environment</li><li>Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs</li><li>Proficiency with Windows, macOS, or Linux-based systems</li><li>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Experience</strong> (<strong>Nice</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Have</strong>)<ul><li>Experience supporting NPI, fleet operations, automotive, robotics, or hardware teams</li><li>Familiarity with engineering BOMs, kitting, or lab inventory systems</li><li>Exposure to quality inspections or IQC processes</li></ul><br><strong>How</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Apply</strong> <br>Submit your updated CV and complete the screening questions.
