Check out </span><a href=\"https://inflow-ns.com/inflowees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://inflow-ns.com/inflowees</a> t<span style=\"color: #1d1c1d\">o learn more about what it’s like to be an Inflowee. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who will I be working with?</span> In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors, analysts, and engineers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What level Clearance do I need? </span>You must possess an active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Top Secret/SCI</span> clearance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will I be doing?</span> Using your expertise in aerospace engineering, you will be supporting the development of analytical assessments to developing systems technologies, combat environments, concepts of operation, and tactics to develop assessments of intentions and capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of foreign UAV and UAS technologies. </span><span>In addition, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform and manage the production of various products in coordination with project and program leadership </span></li>\n<li><span>Research and exploit key data sources to assess capabilities of foreign Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)</span></li>\n<li>Predict future capabilities and effectiveness based on modifications or evolutionary changes; and identification of vulnerabilities for exploitation/threat mitigation by US materiel solutions<br></li>\n<li>Fully inform and ensure decision advantage across multiple threshold and objective requirements (e.g., Detect &amp; Identify, Track, Defeat)<br></li>\n<li>Based on known and anticipated requirements, increase threat characterization, signature development and dissemination throughput to close standing informational gaps<br></li>\n<li>Determine technical omissions, discrepancies, and reliability of all-source material by applying known technical constraints on equipment operation or technology application, and extrapolating from established data on foreign equipment characteristics, foreign research and development (R&amp;D) and production capabilities</li>\n<li><span>Other duties as assigned</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience, training, and education do I need? </span></span></p>\n<p><span>You must meet the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> r<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">equirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Active TS/SCI clearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BA/BS degree Aerospace, Aeronautic, or similar engineering discipline</span></li>\n<li>3+ years of experience serving in a technical analytical role on DoD related programs and projects<br></li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written skills<br></li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on research objectives defined by the customer</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The following experience is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">preferred</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>All source intelligence analysis experience</li>\n<li>U.S. Military experience</li>\n<li>Demonstrated capability of conducting analysis and producing analytic assessments on foreign fixed wing unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), specifically engineering analysis and characterization of system design and sub technologies, aerodynamic properties, flight performance (e.g., range, endurance, payload, etc.), and tactical effectiveness</li>\n<li>Ability to conduct analysis and produce comprehensive technical assessments that include independent research and technical writing</li>\n<li>Demonstrated capability producing analytic assessments</li>\n<li>Analytical and/or hands-on experience with UAV and UAS</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Where is the client site that I would be working for? </span>You will be working in Charlottesville, VA, address disclosed after your clearance is verified.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><em>Inflow is an EEO/Affirmative action employer and is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
