You will provide exceptional service to prospects, residents, and clients while supporting the community’s objective of maintaining budgeted occupancy at optimal rental rates.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The position is scheduled for Tuesday-Saturdays. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during winter months and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during summer months. The role will requires Saturdays. Compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate and support the Manager and Portfolio Manager as needed</li><li>Interact with prospects and residents to achieve maximum occupancy</li><li>Manage leasing traffic, conduct tours, lease units, qualify prospects, and complete follow-ups</li><li>Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork and procedures</li><li>Maintain databases and ensure tour routes, amenities, and show units meet company standards</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to new and current residents</li><li>Assist with keeping marketing documents, supplies, reports, ads, and web content updated</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and brokers</li><li>Stay informed about local events and hiring trends that may impact the property</li><li>Maintain knowledge of the market and submarkets, including competitors and customer demographics</li><li>Stay current on all federal, state, and other regulatory requirements and programs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To learn more about GSF Properties, please visit our website at https://www.gsfpi.com/</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
