What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee community operations in compliance with state and federal regulations Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures Promote employee engagement, quality outcomes, mission effectiveness, and stewardship Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support community success Ensure high-quality care and services for residents Support and uphold the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest What You'll Need:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe required Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related field required 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position required Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Benefits Available to You:
