The person selected for this role will work closely with multidisciplinary work teams throughout the Beyond New Horizons (BNH) organization to leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data visibility, and support mission critical decision making.</p>\n<p><strong>Open to external candidatesJob Summary</strong>The successful candidate will utilize Power Platform tools, including PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. The candidate will support initiatives across AEDC while performing the following job duties:</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including both canvas and model-driven apps, to automate and improve business processes across multiple organizations at Arnold AFB.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI to provide actionable insights into operational performance, maintenance metrics, and organization KPIs</li>\n <li>Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and increase organizational efficiency</li>\n <li>Configure and manage Dataverse environments, including data modeling, security roles, and entity relationships to support application development</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the mission areas to gather requirements, define user stories, and deliver solutions that meet mission needs</li>\n <li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing enterprise systems, SQL Server, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other data sources as required.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for developed applications and dashboards</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for deployed solutions</li>\n <li>Follow established development standards, change management processes, and cybersecurity requirements as applicable to DoW environments</li>\n <li>It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. </li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another relevant technical field from an accredited college or university</li>\n <li>Minimum three years’ experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse)</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of War Secret level security clearance and access to the AEDC local area network</li>\n <li>Due to Air Force Security requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience developing PowerApps with SQL Server or Dataverse as the backend data store</li>\n <li>Proficiency creating PowerBI reports and dashboards, including DAX formulas, data modeling, and data transformations</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365</li>\n <li>Microsoft certification in Power Platform products (PL-100, -200, -300, and/or -400).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure SQL especially as they relate to extending Power Platform capabilities</li>\n <li>Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating third party systems with Power Platform using custom connectors</li>\n <li>Experience with Javascript, Typescript, or C# for developing custom connectors, plug-ins, or PowerApps Component Framework controls. </li>\n <li>Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for PowerPlatform</li>\n <li>Experience working in government contractor for Department of War (DoW) environments with an understanding of applicable cybersecurity frameworks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salaries</li>\n <li> Continuing education assistance </li>\n <li> Multiple healthcare benefits packages </li>\n <li> 401K with employer matching </li>\n <li> Paid time off (PTO) along with a federally recognized holiday schedule </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Who We Are</strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>U.S. Citizenship is required.</em></strong><em> At this time BNH will <strong>not</strong> sponsor any applicants for employment authorization or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1b, F1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, or other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).</em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
