font-size: 12pt\">Under the direction of the Tucson Campus Director, the Physical Therapist will conduct screenings diagnostic assessments or evaluations through various data collection methods; participate in team evaluations, write goals and objectives, as appropriate for Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs); maintain required documentation for Medicaid reimbursement and legal compliance</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">; </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">provide consultation to parents, administrators, teachers and related staff personnel; and provide Physical Therapy services through a range of service delivery models.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Part-time position </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assess and implement physical therapy needs for students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develops treatment plans, interventions, and/or educational materials for the purpose of meeting individualized student objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Screens students to determine the need for further individualized assessment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Consults with teachers, parents, other personnel, and/or outside professionals for the purpose of providing requested information, developing plans for services, and/or making recommendations and/or referrals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Facilitates and/or attends meetings (e.g., IEP/MET/Team conferences, parent meetings, in-services, site meetings, etc.) for the purpose of developing plans and/or providing information regarding a student’s functional goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assess students to identify eligibility and IEP needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow school-wide systems, rules, and positive behavior interventions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the delivery of services in a classroom integration model.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively and proactively with students and families.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for paperwork compliance with data collections relating to IEP goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Accountability for growth and proficiency on IEP goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in annual and ongoing staff training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Complete any appropriate Medicaid billing and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;
