This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with automotive parts experience, dealership experience, customer service ability, or wholesale parts sales backgrounds.</p>\n<p>As a Parts Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for retail, wholesale, service, and collision customers, assisting with the sale of <strong>Ford Parts, Lincoln Parts, OEM Parts, Automotive Parts, Accessories, and Service Parts.</strong> You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting one of South Florida's premier luxury automotive dealerships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Some <strong>benefits</strong> include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation package</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Company-paid life and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions</li>\n <li>Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service</li>\n <li>Career advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>Ongoing training and professional development</li>\n <li>Employee appreciation events and team-building activities </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Customer Service & Sales</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers in identifying and purchasing the correct <strong>Ford Parts, Lincoln Parts, OEM replacement parts, accessories, and performance products.</strong></li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, email, and text messaging.</li>\n <li>Recommend related products, maintenance items, and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.</li>\n <li>Communicate pricing, availability, special orders, and promotional offers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Parts Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process parts requests for service technicians and internal departments.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor high-demand parts.Create and track special orders, backorders, and parts returns.</li>\n <li>Verify invoices, credits, warranties, and pricing information.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized and accurate records for repair orders, estimates, and parts transactions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Collision Centers, and Wholesale Accounts.</li>\n <li>Support dealership goals related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.</li>\n <li>Stay current on new vehicle technologies, Ford and Lincoln product updates, recalls, and parts catalog changes. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of customer service, retail sales, automotive parts, or dealership experience</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Experience selling Ford Parts, Lincoln Parts, Motorcraft Parts, OEM Parts, Automotive Parts, or Dealership Parts</li>\n <li>Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, etc.)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automotive repair and vehicle systems</li>\n <li>Bilingual in English/Spanish</li>\n <li>Experience with wholesale parts sales</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Ford EPC, Motorcraft, and OEM parts catalogs</li>\n</ul>",
