Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.</p><p>You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.</p><p></p><p><b>How You Will Make an Impact  </b></p><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex features and functionalities across the full software development lifecycle.</li><li>Deliver high-quality, secure code across the entire stack, ensuring that efficiency and maintainability are never compromised by robust security implementations.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Drive engineering velocity by integrating AI-assisted development into the SDLC—specifically utilizing GitHub Copilot for real-time implementation and Claude Code for complex, repository-wide architectural refactoring.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues in production environments.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li><li>Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of applications.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure software quality and prevent regressions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master&#39;s degree preferred.</li><li>5&#43; years of professional experience in full stack software development.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue.js) and strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.</li><li>Extensive experience with back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python</li><li>Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).</li><li>Experience with RESTful API design and development.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.</li><li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What Sets You Apart</b> <i>(preferred qualifications)</i></p><p><b>AI / Modern Engineering Skills </b></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI workflows and RAG pipelines in Python, specifically leveraging Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build production-grade, data-aware systems.
