    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Job Posting Title&nbsp;<strong>Truck Driver</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Truck Driver</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>POSITION OVERVIEW:</p><p>Employees drive a tri-axle tractor-trailer truck to deliver products to customers that are primarily in the coal mining and/or tunneling industries. Employees are responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all applicable requirements set forth by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), all state and local regulations, and all Marjenn Trucking/Jennmar Holdings &amp; Related Parties rules and procedures. Employees will safely load, properly secure, safely transport, and promptly deliver products to the customer. Employee will represent Marjenn Trucking Jennmar Holdings &amp; Related Parties in an efficient, courteous, service-oriented manner throughout the delivery process.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p><p>&bull; No Minimum Educational Requirement &ndash; High School Diploma/GED Preferred</p><p>&bull; Valid CDL Driver&rsquo;s License Required</p><p>&bull; One-to-Two (1-2) Year Commercial Driving Experience Preferred</p><p>&bull; Three (3) Month On-The-Job Training Required</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>-Possess and maintain a commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) and state-certified driving history record free of violations</p><p>-Possess DOT-required satisfactory driving record(s) from previous employment, if applicable</p><p>-Possess and maintain MSHA training at all sites</p><p>-Possess ability to follow safety rules and procedures set forth by the DOT/FMCSA, Jennmar Holdings &amp; Related Parties, and Marjenn Trucking</p><p>-Possess dependability to be consistent at work and on time</p><p>-Possess functional listening, verbal and written communications skills to personnel, and customer(s)</p><p>-Possess a &ldquo;Team&rdquo; mentality with a quality assurance, safety-oriented mindset</p><p>-Possess total visual field and multiple limb coordination</p><p>-Possess following repetitive physical capabilities during normal job performance: sitting, driving</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>-Conducts a pre-trip and enroute walk around vehicle inspection noting and reporting any deficiencies to ensure that the vehicle is properly fueled and roadworthy throughout all phases of the delivery process</p><p>-Completes logbook entries and all other required paperwork</p><p>-Comprehends and acts on instructions from Marjenn dispatcher including safely loading and securing products for transport</p><p>-Identifies and follows the best travel route taking into account weather conditions, road restrictions and points of congestion</p><p>-Monitors and inspects the vehicle load frequently to ensure compliance with regulatory securement standards</p><p>-Operates the vehicle safely in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations throughout all phases of the delivery process</p><p>-Maintains Marjenn Trucking and Jennmar Holdings &amp; Related Parties customer satisfaction standards through efficient, courteous and service-oriented communication throughout all phases of the delivery process</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Regional runs, no overnights. Saturday runs may be assigned as needed. Drivers at the Jennmar West Kentucky location also have opportunities to earn discretionary quarterly bonuses.
