Stellant is an industry leader in high-performance RF technology, supporting both terrestrial and spaceborne communications, electronic warfare, and radar missions.  This role will be primarily tasked with providing RF / EEE component guidance to suppliers & design team, developing new products, and aiding current active & passive RF production for space applications.  Role will work with a multidisciplinary group of individuals including design / test / project engineering, as well as program management / operations / supply chain to meet the needs of development and production programs.  This role will also be integral to technical investigations and will support new business activities on a regular basis.  Stellant offers numerous avenues for job fulfillment in our dynamic development & production environment, and career progression for stand out performers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Component lifecycle management including component onboarding (e.g. footprint / part number creation), library management, and obsolescence review.</li>\n <li>Evaluate designs for component reliability, industry standards compliance, and mission usage</li>\n <li>Support component failure analyses and risk assessments.</li>\n <li>Interface with suppliers, supply chain, design engineers, production/manufacturing, and mission assurance/quality.</li>\n <li>Supporting customer meetings, milestones (CDR, PDR, MRR …) and guiding the team through those events.</li>\n <li>Actively seek out innovative technologies and support new product development to ensure continued industry leadership.</li>\n <li>Support new business activity through proposal review and improvements on current designs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineering Degree in a related field, EE of RF communications preferred, with post graduate work a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience in component screening, testing, and qualifications required</li>\n <li>Experience in electrical or RF design a plus, with strong emphasis on space industry experience.</li>\n <li>Proficient with circuit design tools a plus</li>\n <li>Must possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications is necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements based on level role:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Level III:</strong> requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience </li>\n <li><strong>Level IV:</strong> requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Stellant Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
