We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide assistance with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform light housekeeping tasks related to participant care (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning participant areas)</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with meal setup and feeding as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Observe and report changes in participant condition, behavior, or environment to the care team</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Support participants with exercises or activities as directed by therapy staff</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide companionship and emotional support</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain participant confidentiality and respect cultural preferences</p></li>\n <li><p>Accurately document services provided and report incidents promptly</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow infection control and universal precautions</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in training, team meetings, and required in-services</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma, GED OR applicable work experience.</p>\n<p>Certification from a nursing assistant training program through classroom and supervised practical training totaling at least 75 hours with 16 hours devoted to supervised practical training OR minimum of six months clinical experience.</p>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s)</strong></p>\n<p>Maintains current CPR status Maintains current Mandatory Reporter status Completes 12 hours of related in-services per calendar year. Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.Valid Auto insurance.</p>",
