When you join Mission Rock, you join a team that’s invested in your success and well-being.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;As the Regional Manager (RM), you will be responsible for all phases of operating the properties in your assigned portfolio, including but not limited to the general administration and maintenance; to direct and supervise all personnel and resources to achieve the fiscal goals of the Company while maintaining the property in good physical condition.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your day-to-day may include:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement, monitor &amp; ensure adherence to property operating and renovation budgets for each community within management portfolio.</li><li>Analyze, create and re-project appropriate operating and capital budgets for each property within portfolio.</li><li>Review, monitor and evaluate monthly operating statements for corrections prior to closing books for each community within your portfolio and prepare monthly variance and operating summaries.</li><li>Supervise, authorize, monitor, and administer contract services, repairs and supplies, as well as approve expenses that exceed on-site authority at each community within portfolio.</li><li>Acquire appropriate “over budget approvals” from asset manager when expenses exceed Regional Manager approval limits.</li><li>Work with Regional Service Manager and Vice President to Coordinate, supervise and achieve on-time and on-budget delivery of capital expenditures for each community within portfolio.</li><li>Implement and evaluate proper staffing needs for each community within management portfolio to maximize net income and resident satisfaction.</li></ul>",
