Responsible for product handling and appropriate storage until deliver, all while maintaining great customer service.</p>\n<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess the ability to handle multiple orders within a given time frame.</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.</li>\n <li>Authorized to work within the U.S. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Treat customers and associates in a courteous and friendly manner.</li>\n <li>Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with other associates to build a strong E-Commerce team.</li>\n <li>Achieve the highest associate morale in the industry by working in a style that is Respectful, Supportive and Totally Team Oriented (RSTO).</li>\n <li>Coordinate orders and delivery with shopping manager.</li>\n <li>Work efficiently and at an acceptable pace.</li>\n <li>Handle each picked transaction in an efficient and organized manner, assuring that each item is the finest and freshest the store has to offer.</li>\n <li>Master the store layout for efficient picking procedures.</li>\n <li>Pick, store, label products correctly, and arrange totes for easy access and proper delivery.</li>\n <li>Works carefully to reduce shrink and damage of merchandise.</li>\n <li>Retrieves and fills customers’ orders accurately and on time.</li>\n <li>Properly handle and maintain all computer hardware.</li>\n <li>Notifying the shopping manager of customer comments and complaints, security problems, incorrect prices and errors or problems with UPC codes and products problems (damages or out of stock).</li>\n <li>Follow proper hand washing, good sanitation, food storage and handling procedures, along with cleaning department equipment and tools. </li>\n <li>Maintain a neat personal appearance including proper uniform and dress code.</li>\n <li>Practice the “Cleaner’s Creed” and proper sanitation procedures.</li>\n <li>Practice careful product handling and proper temperature storage of every product picked.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Secondary Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of the onboarding/e-learnings and checklist within 30 days of hire/entering the department.</li>\n <li>Other duties assigned by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands: (per work day)</h2>\n<p>The physical demands and safety risk factors of the job listed below may occur during each work shift and are listed according to their frequency. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Frequency</strong></p>\n<p>Crawling.</p>\n<p>0% (N) Never</p>\n<p>Sitting, pushing and pulling up to 250 lbs, climbing up to 8 feet, kneeling, and crouching.</p>\n<p>1-33% (O) Occasionally</p>\n<p>Carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, balancing, reaching a waist or overhead, and stooping.  </p>\n<p>34-66% (F) Frequently</p>\n<p>Standing or walking on tile or concrete, handling fingering, feeling, talking, seeing, hearing, and smelling.</p>\n<p>67-100% (C) Continuously</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Safety Risk Factors</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Frequency</strong></p>\n<p>Loud noise, cluttered floor surface, contact with skin irritant, toxic exposure (see material safety data sheet), nuisance dust, fumes, sprays, and hazardous cleaning solutions.</p>\n<p>1-33% (O) Occasionally</p>\n<p>Twisting of back and neck, slippery floor surface, and contact with sharp objects. </p>\n<p>34-66% (F) Frequently</p>\n<p>Hazardous equipment (mechanical moving parts).</p>\n<p>67-100% (C) Continuously</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Machines, tools, and equipment utilized: </strong></p>\n<p>Hand held computer, electronic scale, totes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Repetitive Action:</strong></p>\n<p>Continuous movement of entire body.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong> Working environment is inside and may include exposure to cold temperatures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hiring Range:</strong> In accordance with MA Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position.
