          "text": "<p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced (Senior) Environmental Scientist / (Senior) Industrial Hygienist to join our growing Industrial Hygiene &amp; Built Environment practice in Arizona. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on field experience conducting environmental assessments related to asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality (IAQ), and general industrial hygiene evaluations.</p><p>You will work closely with project managers, clients, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality technical assessments, sampling, reporting, and compliance support across a variety of industrial, commercial, and public‑sector environments.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct field investigations - including asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and IAQ assessments, as well as broader industrial hygiene evaluations.</li><li>Collect bulk samples, air samples, wipe samples, water samples, and other environmental media according to regulatory and project‑specific protocols.</li><li>Perform building surveys, moisture mapping, and visual inspections to identify environmental hazards or building-related deficiencies.</li><li>Assist with abatement/remediation project monitoring, contractor oversight, and clearance testing.</li><li>Prepare clear, accurate, and technically sound reports, data summaries, and field documentation.</li><li>Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities.</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, local building codes).</li><li>Respond to both planned and emergent events.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Strictly follow internal safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience in environmental or industrial hygiene consulting.</li><li>Practical experience conducting and documenting:<ul><li>Asbestos surveys (in accordance with AHERA, NESHAP, and OSHA&#xa0; regulations)</li><li>Lead-based paint assessments (EPA/HUD guidelines)</li><li>Mold and moisture investigations</li><li>Indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments</li></ul></li><li>Proficiency with field sampling equipment, building diagnostics tools, and data recording methods.</li><li>Strong technical writing and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks concurrently.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Current industry-relevant certifications, such as:<ul><li>OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER</li><li>AHERA Asbestos Inspector</li><li>EPA/AZ-certified Lead Inspector or Lead Risk Assessor</li><li>Mold-related training or certifications (e.g.CMC, CMI)</li><li>Indoor Environmental Quality training or certifications (e.g. CIE)</li><li>Industrial Hygiene training or certifications (e.g.: CIAH, OHST)</li></ul></li><li>Experience with industrial hygiene sampling (e.g., noise, air monitoring, exposure assessments).</li><li>Experience with indoor environmental quality sampling (e.g. water, air, and surface sampling)</li><li>Familiarity with project management and/or mentoring junior staff.</li></ul>",
