Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Work Hours</strong><br>\n7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Directs, manages, and oversees end user support with complex specialized equipment and software.</li><li>Manages the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, departmental databases, and technical programs.</li><li>Works with leadership to design, create, and implement departmental databases.</li><li>Identifies departmental technical needs and requirements, and implements necessary changes and improvements.</li><li>Works with department leadership to develop and implement requirements and objectives in building project objectives and program plans.</li><li>Travels to different locations to inspect, evaluate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and technical programs.</li><li>Prepares, reviews, and presents written reports, summaries, and presentations on program.</li><li>Interviews, selects, supervises, develops, evaluates, counsels, and if necessary, disciplines personnel according to established COSA policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.</li></ul>",
