The Sleep Technologist Supervisor promotes and delivers competent, quality care, and is highly experienced in all aspects of Sleep Center operations.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for performing daytime sleep testing and EEGs.</li><li>Responsible for assisting with scoring sleep studies.</li><li>Maintain competent performance in all aspects of sleep study acquisition, scoring, and treatment modalities.</li><li>Assist with daily operations of the Sleep Center.</li><li>Adhere to all Sleep Center policies/procedures.</li><li>Practice in accordance to normal sleep center practice, regulatory agencies, and the patient’s plan of care/condition/needs.</li><li>Involved in QA/QI projects as requested.</li><li>Use inventory of supplies judiciously.</li><li>Adhere to equipment cleaning protocols.</li><li>Assist in the evaluation of capital budget item supplies.</li><li>Model the ASPIRE values.</li><li>Proficient in the use of AIDET.</li><li>Assist co-workers as needed/requested.</li><li>Support the Medical Center’s Mission/Vision/Philosophy positively.</li><li>Maintain regular and predictable attendance.</li><li>Perform other essential duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
