  "description": "<p><strong>Company &amp; Job Description Overview:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center</em></strong>&nbsp;is currently searching for a Scheduler to join our team!</p><p><strong>Scheduler Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p>Schedule nursing staff in coordination with Director of Nursing or designee to meet the needs of the patients and facility.</p></li><li><p>Communicate the staffing schedule to staff on a timely basis.</p></li><li><p>Fill any vacant shifts through coordination with staff.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring schedules are up to date for Direct Care Staff.</p></li><li><p>Preparing and posting daily assignment sheets.</p></li><li><p>Daily attendance tracking.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as needed.</p></li></ul><p>Our facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds. We offer short-term to long-term care and a variety of living options and professional clinical services. We are changing how care is delivered by bringing together people like you: compassionate, highly skilled, and motivated to make a difference!</p><p><strong>**Daily Pay Available**</strong></p><p><strong>Scheduler Requirements:</strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p>Minimum one year experience with scheduling staff, preferably in a medical setting.</p></li><li><p>Long Term Care experience is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Organized, detail-oriented, computer proficiency, and being able to multi-task.</p></li><li><p>Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.</p></li><li><p>Completion of orientation required by company policy.</p></li><li><p>Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.</p></li><li><p>Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.</p></li><li><p>Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.</p></li><li><p>Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.</p></li><li><p>Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p><p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
